I responded to an an on Craigslist and Kevin contacted me promising to perform credit repair services. I paid $100 via credit card, no work was done, and asked for a refund. He refused, but said he would mail it to me after I reached him by phone again and mailed me an empty envelope via USPS cert mail return receipt. Then I sent him a text and called him from another phone number. He answered and claimed not to be able to hear me. I then called from my number, but my call was ignored and he then enabled the block feature of his google voice number which is posted here. No response via email or phone from Kevin. Do not do business with him!
