Debit Overdraft Fee After Tiny Verification Deposits, No Phone Support

They don't have a phone...! Really, they don't have a flippin' phone!!!

The following is a copy of a futile e-mail that I sent to the CSRs at Square prior to discovering that they are hidden and unaccessable for gutless reason:

SQUARE, INC. Subject - 0.35 cent debit by Square Inc from my SunTrust bank account cost me $36.00 Details - *Please Expedite Correction of this Banking Error* Hello Accounting Dept and or Customer Service Dept (unavailable by phone), On October 12 Square Inc 20111011A2 debited my newly activated SunTrust Bank account in the amount of 0.35 cents after having made two deposits earlier the same day of 0.08 cents and 0.27 cents. As presumably innocent (or not) as they may have been for verification purposes, the net result of those transactions cost me $36.00 in an overdraft charge. Since that time I have been adamantly seeking a way to contact Square via phone and or e-mail without any success, as you seem to purposely have no desire for your product users to communicate with you conveniently. Consequently, a local Apple store employee could only offer me this route to solving a disturbing problem that I have encountered before even getting to utilize your product... Even to his surprise. Please contact me via phone: (xxx) xxx-xxxx or e-mail: Please provide a return e-mail phone and or fax number to which I may copy you on my SunTrust Bank Statement evidence that proves the error caused by Square as stated above, for your records and necessary time-sensitive correction (s). Feel free to call me with any relative questions you may have. I am looking forward to doing error-free business with your company and the Square product.

- All to no avail - Square sucks... And they owe me money!
