They get your cc number by selling you a book then Nail you with 3 subscriptions you don't want and won't cancel

Newsmax.com sold me a book on December 5th and also signed me up for several unwanted and unapproved "trial subscriptions" that they claimed could be cancelled before the "trials" ran out. What they said was "If you do not want to continue these newsletters, simply write "no thanks" on the renewal letter that you get in the mail, return it and you will not have to pay a dime."
I never got any "renewal letter" for two of the subscriptions and now they are charging my credit card even though I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their news letters. They claim 24-48 hrs to be removed but I have been requesting removal for two months and only gotten one removed.
Newsmax and moneynews are nothing more than SCAMMERS and cannot be trusted.
I will be working with the CC company next week (I gave Newsmax until Monday to cancel all subscriptions). How can these people continue their scams?
