David Young Failed to provide refund as per contract and emailed assurances

We entered in to a mortgage loan modification agreement in September. After distributing all data towards the lender with David Youngis help, it had been refused. I practiced my request reimbursement as explained within the agreement and was informed he'd send $500 monthly before quantity was returned. Thirty days later with no reimbursement, I tried calling via mail and telephone without success.

I finally got a contact where he mentioned t cap he forgot to send the check and might place it within the email in fourteen days and he'd contact me to I would like to realize he'd. That point is here and previous, and so I suppose I'll not be getting a return in the end. Simply an FYI, e-commerce continues to be considered ILLEGITIMATE in Vegas by June which easily had recognized, might have been more careful, but a buddy called me to him and that I believed which was adequate. A Vegas company CAN'T take resources in advance to get a house mod plan. He'd a-side business which was released a Cease-and-Desist order for that identical company.
