We received a postcard in the mail referencing our Regions Mortgage. It had our original loan amount and an Equal Housing Opportunity logo on it. We called to see about restructuring our loan. We sent paperwork and $1490.00 and on July 21 we received a letter of denial from Regions Mortgage. The contract states that we would get a refund if we did not qualify within 30 days. It's been 4 months. We have called, emailed, and reported N.M.R. C Inc to the Better Business Bureau all with no results. I checked the website today and it isn't there anymore. The "Vice President" Dan White told us to email him the contract and he personally would see that the refund check was put in the mail. That was September 28. We have yet to receive a check.
