Ripoff Said we were approved for a loan and caused a Appriser to under value our home Never returned calls and Lied about every thing

The Following Person Trey Sublette E-mail me and stated we were approved for a loan. I provided every thing to him but bank statments as I wanted a document in writing from there Co teling me the fees, Etc. He e-mail it to me.

Then he ran my wife's credit 6 times, which caused her score to drop. He only ran mine once. He never sent me any thing to sign and I have never signed a thing. He was to have this loan funded buy end of june. I find out he is no longer with this Co. They have no clue as to what he was doing and do not know about the paper work.

On 7-2 I spoke to another person by the name of Joe Markey or something like that and he was rude and lied, as evey word out his mouth was lets start all over. This Co has cost me $4500.00 dollars and has not and will not ever do a loan with me as I belive they are crooks. They are on lending tree.com and that is where I applyed for a refinance on my home.

He refused to reinburse me for his fraunulent business and refused to remove his 7 runs on my wife's credit. It is time these crooks are closed up now. I am filing charges to the county DA and the state AG's office.
