Ad-sense, paypal "Today's Untouchables."... They write the rules which they impose illegally

E-bay applies their 'protections' to buyer's and sellers as it serves their interest. I sold an item that I described accurately. It was as is, no return, where is, any flaws Buyer filed a complaint and wanted a full return. L immediately sent the buyer a reply. She said it did not run the cycle correctly and there were cosmetic issues, (ad had a pic). She refused a partial refund she did not deserve. E-BAY did not protect my seller's rights, they took all the money back from my checking acount.

I sent a reply to e-bay which they received before my reply was even due! They could not have considered both sides when they refunded the money to the buyer. They have my money that they closed my acc't. Causing me financial damages as well as a perfect buyer and seller reputation. It is ludicrous for anyone to waste time and money trying to recover $ 250.00pppppp
