No straight answers from mortgage loan servicer

I have just read the report that was posted on this site [12/01] and every word is true. This is one of the worst companies that I have dealt with. You will never get a straight answer from them. Please do not have anything to do with this so-called Loan Servicing Co. I have been lucky and been able to get away from them while I still had something left.
