Harassment - Insurance Fraud-"Lost Information"- Unexplained Escrow-Misplaced payments - sound familuar?

Both me and my mothers mortgages were sold off to this company, without any warning. And it has been a living hell since. The only time you can talk to a real person is when they call you to harass.

My mom had a insurance policy for Homeowners and the mandatory policy for untimely death, that would pay off the mortgage. Funny how they didn't carry over, especially the mandatory policy. And from my understanding, you must have if you finance anything with large sums.

We are trying to find out who authorized the policy cancellation. I feel this company, having all our personal information, is committing fraud, and God knows what else with our info. Even our personal insurance agent had to fight these people, to acknowledge that we had our own homeowners policy. Those bastards kept trying to force us to pay for their so called coverage, at 300% over our own insurance.

Luckily my mom found this site, and the last time the called, mom backed them down! She told them of this site, and the BBB report. She then contacted our lawyer. Funny how a almost $600. Payment went down to $257, after that. Anytime that you deal with these jerks have back-up. Send payments by official mail with a tracking number, and that they must sign. (They try to tell you, they never received it.)
