I too have been victimized by FCNB, no longer an active company, they continue to add late fees by not posting payments in a timely manner. Balance never declines and Customer Service is non-existent. I would like to be involved in a Class Action when one becomes available.

How can they legally charge an ANNUAL FEE on an account, when the Company went out of the Credit Card business?
