James Black, Jm Kingston 876-389-7791 347-201-8600 SCAM Company!

For a few days i have been receiving calls from an Officer James Black claiming that he needs to collect from me on a cash advance i received that i became delinquent on (i never received any money).. He gave me what he claimed to be my case number... Since this is not the first time i have been contacted by a fraudulent company trying to collect debt i new right away it was a scam (my information had been stolen offline from a purchase i made in 2010 and they same thing had happened beginning of 2011)... I told the caller this and that i would need to see these claims in writing if he wanted any sort of information or payment from me... He started to get upset and i told him "i will no longer speak to you regarding this matter and that he will need to send in writing his claims" i then hung up. He proceeded to call a few more times from varying numbers (i didn't answer since i didn't recognize the numbers) and finally gave up... I am writing this report to go ahead and make more people aware of the new names and numbers being used. This is an old scam!!! I hope these people are caught soon!
