Fraudulent Refinance Practices

I had been a BofA mortgage client, usually pleased, and approached them about replacing my mortgage. The mortgage repetition I had been delivered to requested me to get a large amount of info... A lot more than necessary. They not just requested for my 401K balance, but needed a declaration of what my consideration is committed to! They questioned me to get a charge card, which they stated they'd spot a "store" for $450 to cover the appraiser who'd arrived at my home easily shifted forward using the software. I offered the repetition my creditcardnumber (I thought, in the end, I had been currently using the services of BofA for my existing mortgage). After talking to my spouse, I approached the repetition two hours later and terminated my software. He established the your hands on $450 on my charge card could be launched. It was on December 5th. Nevertheless, they did actually consider the cash from my charge card. It wasn't only a "store". It's today Feb 12 and despite several calls, e-mails and escalations this cash hasn't been returned in my experience. Obviously, I refinanced with another lender and certainly will not be using the services of BofA again.
