I applided for a mortgage with these inefficient and rude company. I am not going to mention the name of the person but the company in general is responsible for these ripoffs. They intentionally charge you for the mortgage processing that is not cheap. The house I was buying had a garage converted to a bedroom. They told me I had to convert it back to a garage before the bank would approve it and these thiefs asked me to do it and then after I spent 1200 in repairs they denied the loan. Do not go with this company. They are the worst. Also, they are rude, they only answer whenever the hell they want to.
