Ripoff excessive collection fees

I'm posting this to find out if there is anything I can do or if anyone can help me. I unfourtunatly only found this website a couple days ago, andI come to find out that Ocwen is on file here for the same thing that I'm going thru right now.

At the moment I'm getting ready to sign a forbearance agreement with Ocwen because I had lost my job and got a little behind on the mortgage payments. To make a long story short I'm being charged almost $4000.00 in collection fees and just dont think it's right when they charge you 150$ to come take pictures of your house when you are plainly there and in contact with them to try and resolve the problem.

I would realy like to know anything anyone can tell me about the class action lawsuit that has been filed.
