I went to work for these people as a Consultant. After saving them and their business I was offered a partnership position. Since I had been ill for sometime and saw the potential of the company I accepted. I worked there for 6 months as a partner. At the end of that period with the company now prospering I was summarily dismissed for no reason.in the interest of trying to help the staff remain and the business stay viable I offered to convert the partnership to a consulting contract. However, the rather elderly owner and my partner decided he was going to take it all and run. To that end he took six months of my life and basically said "pound sand" even though he is making lots of money and the business is thriving.
