Fees for Payments, Unreachable Phone System and Rude Staff

Worst customer service of any mortgage company. Loans can not be paid online or by phone without a fee. Phone system is set up so that it is nearly impossible to get a person on the phone. Customer service is highly incompetent and rude. I did not choose this company, I was transferred. Now I am stuck. I will be refinancing just so I do not have to deal with them anymore. Jordan Phillips is the least helpful supervisor of any I have dealt with.
