I had thought i lost my greendot card, so i called to have it cancelled.
There was still money on account so they did close thee card and started a new one.
How ever there is still over 100 dollars on my account.
BUT account is frozen until i acticate new card
which is going to take 7-10 BUSINSS days to arrive
There is no option to expidite like they do when u get a brand new card.
And I cannot get holkd of live person due to enen if i use my ssn it says this acount has a sevcurity loc on it and wont put me to a live person so i can try to get a tempory number i can use instantly so i can access my account and pay bills that need to be paid asap
CS sux at GD and when i get card finaly i may never deal with them exept to use money paks to load my other upside caRDS
I cannot even acces my account to pay bills they did not even give me a option to get temp card.
What a rippoff.
