Ocwen loan
Getting Pissed off caused my application to be canceled

Litton loan sold my mortgage to Ocwen the week after I started the "Makes Homes Affordable Program " In the paper work that I got from Litton said not to worry they would send all the nessary paper work to Ocwen. I guess I was naive and thought things would work out like they said, I didn't call and bother checking on it. Then when I did, they said they didn't know anything about it. So I started another batch of papers. Then after three phone interviews with the jackass in India I got a little pissy about why it was taking so long and he told me to hold and when he came back on the line he said " never mind, you have been canceled ". What kind of crap is that! I am two months behind on the mortgage and went back and re-read some of my paper work and they said that they would file foreclosure because I can't afford to pay back the two months of late payments. Also on every piece of paper I got from them said they would not file foreclosure while we were going thru the process. Now I don't know where to turn to. We haven't gotten any foreclosure papers yet but I know after reading about all this scamming that is going on I just can't believe it!!!
