Ripoff deceptive billing pratices

Fleet CC has refused to send statment with purchases listed. The only bill I recive is with more finance and late charges.

I have tried calling numerous times and two letters from attorney with no response. Have been given phone numbers that have been disconected. These deceptive billing practices have left me with credit problems and high blood pressure. I want to go postal on this company.
