Ripoff on NSF fees and backdating checks to charge the fees

Wachovia will literally claim that a check against your count that they recieved today was recieved YESTERDAY so that if you deposited money in the account today, you STILL get charged a $30.00 NSF fee!

After numerous conversations with them and reporting them to the BBB, NOTHING happened. So they continue to rape me and they got me this last time by charging $2.00 EVERY SINGLE TIME I CHECKED MY BALANCE IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FROM AN ATM!!!

These people are total frauds, and what they are doing is not only immoral, it's illegal. They are "cooking the books, " to backdate charges against your account so that they can "beat" your deposit. The $30.00 NSF fees are CASH COWS.
