Brittany office manager anisha receptionist I went into Insant tax service on 12/30 to apply for the 1000$loan only got 50$ went back n on tge 12 to sign off on papers for them to efile my return I asked about fees and was told tht it was 279

Went in to Insant tax service to apply for the 1000$ loan on 12/30 my car broke down and I really needed the cash I used my last check stub and was approved a loan a 50$ one two weeks laters insant tax called me to come in and sign off on some papers so my return could be sent out on 1/17 as soon as the I.R. S opened when I went in I asked about fees I was told tax prep fee was 279.00$ bank fee 70.00$ and I.R.S. Fee was 69.00$ I said ok and signed off for the tax prep lady to efile my return

I was told that I would get my monet back in 24-48 hours after 48i called to see if my loan was there no not today called the next day and was informed I wasntt going ti get the two day loan and my refund would be back on 1/25 due to the I.R. S delay I didnt get tht week or the next so for three days I called instant and got a busy signal or no answer at all I figured the fed refund delay has nothing to do with state refund I finally got tired of getting nowhere on the phone so I went to the office today 2/3 to my suprise it was a very ling line of people waiting outside to see if their refunds were in I finally made inside after waiting outside in the cold for 45minutes almost just t find out my refund
