After being solicitated to switch payroll companies, I finally made the switch. What a mistake. There was no communication. First I was told there would be no direct deposit on the first payroll, then I was told direct deposit would go through. Payday was on a Friday, they took the money from our bank account, but did not deposit into our employees. I had to hand cut checks, then try to reverse the payment. What a ripoff. I was on hold for 58 minutes trying to reach a live person, only to be told they would pass the message along. Worse payroll company ever. DO NOT USE! They do not care about the customer, they are a large company and could care less what trouble they put you through. Run away! Do not use!
