Claimed four months behind and foreclosing despite receipts

I am also having trouble with Fairbanks, they are saying I am 4 months behind I have lived in this house for 12 yrs and now they are foreclosing on me I have all of my receipts but somehow I am 4 mths behind, If anyone can write me and let me know if there is someone out there to help me refinance or something please help. There should be a law for companies like this one how do these people sleep at night.
