Made promises, didn't keep them, took my money, won't refund money

Was contacted by Mortgage Payment Repair about lowering our mortgage payments. We gave them all the information they needed and did what ever they asked. Payed them a large amount of money and now will not refund my money. I advise no one to work with these people because they don't listen when you tell them something. They are hard to understand due to their language. They don't return calls when you ask them to.

Check this company out with anybody that would know this company. Better yet go local because then you know who you are dealing with. I thought this company would help us save our house but instead they made us file bankruptcy on our house. Even after we told them that we filed bankruptcy they convinced us they could still help us. They even wanted us to write letters full of lies. Please go local when it comes to loan modifications. There is alot of places that will help you for free. Then you won't have to try to get your refund back. Stay away from this company.
