Told me my check was ready and then closed at 3

They told me my check was ready and they don't close till 9 so I went there at 3 and they were already closed. On top of this they filed my taxes without any w2s now I have to pay for someone else to do an ammendment they said they would do it free but that's only cause they want my w2s so when the IRS asks them they can say they have them.
