Liars and scammers

This company is nothing but liars and scammers i went into file my taxes on 12/31 (a friend actually came with me who is a police officer) we sat there for 20 minutes no other customers were there and all of the workers were on facebook and had the radio up quite loud. I said is anyone going to help me? A guy helped me by the name of quincy they had papers sitting on a table that you had to fill out yourself and gave no kind of help on any questions. Before we even started i asked him what the fee was he said there is no fee he told me quite a few times that the only money i had to pay back was whatever the ral was for he said i could only get 50 dollars... But my money would be in by the 15th i called several times and each time i got a different date and excuse.

The woman told me to call on saturday to see if it comes in when i call the next person says it isn't there and they dont get checks on weekends i would have to wait till Monday. I get a call sunday saying my check is there and they will be open until 6pm. So i go and the place is 45 minutes from me and they had me sign and came out from the back with a check that was 600 dolllars short i said where is my money the guy says we aren't even supposed to be open today we just decided to come in and give out checks.

However other preparers were there (not the one who did mine) so he asks what the problem is i tell him its short money and i want to know whats going on he says yeah it is i don't know maybe you can come tomorrow to get the rest then he walks away goes to the back and comes back out and says oh you owed us 589 dollars and i proceed to tell him you people told me that i was going to owe 50 dollars back he gives me a small white slip of paper that says customer relations cleveland ohio

With an address that says send your name and social security number if you need help getting some of your refund back i asked for the telephone number and he says they don't have one. I searched for the number that i called and it says temporarily disconnected. As well they gave me a few papers and none of them have my tax documents to where my taxes were done and i have nothing to show anything i dont even know if the man did anything with my state taxes or not... This is totally ridiculous they are ripping hard working people off.
