Scam artist liars and nasty ppl

I went to Instant Tax Service located on 441 in Leesburg, Fl. I Was PROMISED by the very rude, lazy and NASTY enployee Shavell that i was GUARANTED on the 18th i would recieve my tax money! Well when I went to the scam tax place on the 17th she stated she had already filed my taxes without my w2 so therefor i was unable to claim anything other then my children. I was NEVER givin any paperwork and i was told it would be a bank fee of $109 and between $200-$300 to file my taxes but i should only be $200. Well it was the 18,19, 20 and 21st and still NOTHING everyday i would have to go down there because i was unable to reach her on the phone and not able to leave a message her mailbox was ALWAYS full. I then was able to speak with MaryAnn Bennett the owner if thats at all true and was told she would cut my fees. I asked her for a copy of my tax paperwork and had to remind her it was her legal obligation to provide me with a copy. I also stated how i was lied to by Shavell and how her employee filed my taxes without my w2. I was also NEVER asked if I wanted a paper check or direct deposit.

I went down to the Leesburg office I asked for my tax paperwork and i was told to shut up when i asked her why she lied. Then she demanded i sign a paper stating i was going to pay $300 in bank fees and $354 for filing my taxesa total of $654!!! I have recieved $100 the first time i went in and denied the RAL loan i have been doing taxes for many years and NEVER once denied!

Now i am being told i MUST wait until Feb, 7 2012 to recieve my tax money because the IRS!

This place is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Do not use them! They are rude, Nasty and LAZY and totally rip you off! I have already filed a complaint with IRS. I am in the process of filing with BBB and Ive been in contact with local news chanels. I hope they are not around next year to scam ppl out of their hard earned money!
