On Jan. 7th I went into have my taxes done, of course with last paycheck stub. I was guarenteed a return on the 16. With it being a holiday It totally understood "It will be in tomorrow". Well after leaving the office today, still with no refund, and an excuse that the IRS is behind in releasing funds. I was never explained a fee or the cost just the amount to be received back. $448. To have my taxes done. For 3 weeks i have heard next day, next day. After an hour on the phone to the IRS im imformed that my $ wil lnot be release until the 1st of Feb. Then it goes in to their account where i could wait another 5 days for them to issue a check. This company is a run around. Now im worried with all the reports of their checks bouncing, am i going to get my refund!
