Pnc Investments
$50 Service Fee for Account Inactivity

Business & Finance

PNC Investments imposed a $50 service fee for "account inactivity". I never agreed to a $50 service fee when I opened the account several years ago, and would NOT have opened the account had I known about the fee. The only fee I agreed to was for the purchase of mutual funds. The service fee forces me to buy or sell stock against my wishes, or get charged the fee. There is no reason that PNC has to charge a service, except that they are GREEDY. They are already making money from my account when my capital gains are re-invested. BTW, no one from PNC has made contact with me for several years.

Please boycott PNC Investments. There are so many other choices when it comes to investment brokerages. I have accounts in other firms and I frequently hear from my brokers in the other firms.

I would NOT recommend PNC Investments to my friends.
