Premium one benifits filled a false claim with my credit union account and had $269.99 debited from my account. I have absolutely no dealing with this company. Do not know how they were able to get preivledged information. When tring to get a response from them it is impossible. There is a voice message, to leave name and telephone # but voice mail is always full. This is a scam.
