Done taxes with them to avoid foreclosure of our home with the promise of the 28th and now saying feb 8th. Called irs and asked them and was told that they filed the same way i woould have done at my local library for free. Irs said that they cant get taxes back any faster than you or i. But yet they charge you outrageously for there fee plus bank fees ect. When they done nothing. We are looking to have foreclosue on our home due to them. I will never use them again and i would strongly recomend no one else to use them.
