Obtained a loan from them and have to say the process was easy. I in fact did read the terms of the loan and understood that if not paid back on the first date, interest would accrue, and that you have to specifically message them while logged in on their site to take the money out of your account on a specific day. That worked fine, and I did a second loan that also had no issues. However. Then the nightmare began. I specifically created an email address to use with them just in case of fraud, and I'm glad I did. I started finding a bunch of charges for internet phone service coming out of my checking account, using my checking account number, and using the email address I had earmarked for Yellowdale only. Then I started getting phone calls from Chinese people speaking bad english telling me my school loans were approved, or that I was under investigation by the IRS. I have to admit I enjoyed screaming profanities at these people for a couple of days, but finally had to change my phone number. I had already reversed the fraudulent charges totalling over $300 on my checking account and cancelled it. The email account I had given them had to be cancelled as it got hammered with scams and fake warning notices. It seems clear that Yellowdale is nothing but a big phishing operation. Do NOT do business with them unless as I said you are prepared to cancel your checking account and get a new phone number. They are relentless.
