They lied about the RAL check and charged insane fees for nothing

This company advised me that as long as the IRS approved my refund amount, they would give me a refund anticipation loan for at least 1,000 dollars. They charged me 500 dollars for this.

They did not give me the check and told me although the IRS approved my refund amount the lender did not approve the loan.

When I told the owner what I was told, he said he was sorry and he would talk to the employee but there was nothing else he could do. I asked what I was charged so much for, he said to find out if the lender would approve the loan.

They flat out lied.
