Ripoff no credit help - no answers

The company promised to improving my credit, before long a membership fees of $199.99 was gone from my account after contacting CCS by letter of my intention not to proceed with their service. I couldn't not get anyone on the phone to speak to 1 800 717 1278 (from which I am always referred to call 1 800 279 6989 and then 1 800 760 4045 on each occasion I phoned).

I have dialed/called this numbers more than fifty times since March without any success to speak to anyone in your customer services section.

I wrote a second letter telling CCS that I do not want to be a member and demanded refund of money withdrawn immediately. I did not get any reply from them and I could not get anyone to speak to on the phone regarding this matter either.

The inability to speak to anyone was quite frustrating which convinced me that the so-called company might be another scam/fraud going on all around.

All effort to get someone on the phone failed, money withdrawn from my account up to date (199 99.99 99.99) total sum of which is $399.97. I was in the bank yesterday to stop any further deduction.
I was just playing around on the internet when I came across your website and I was amazed to see that CCS have already defraud a lot of people.
