Took money out of my account without providing services

Hughesnet did not provide the merchandise they decided to. They decided to a post support to prevent trees that stop southern heavens, but technology installed & targeted at the bushes. Slower than dial-up & not able to get reaction from customer support. After emails starting on evening of installment informing them, I make use of the one month interval to alter my brain, they nevertheless required $477.98 from my bill. I am out cash & have nothing to exhibit for this.
