Late fees when payment is paid on time

I spend my bill each month promptly - nevertheless when I looked over my claims this month I'd a late charge. Named them and fixed it. I subsequently named 2 nights later to create a cost on my specific deadline - they advised me it'd be overdue until I settled one more 11 bucks since it was after 5c. S.T. Truly?!?!? I settled it about the evening due however it was 6 c.S.T. I can not think this really is authorized - why don't you create my cost due each day earlier then... Very disappointed!
