Policy issue

I recently posted an order for wrestling equipment for my 10-yr old boy. It contains 2 rash guard tops, 1 singlet along with a set of wrestling shoes. Since I'm from Europe, they required that I deliver a duplicate of my charge card along with a backup of my drivers permit by "E-MAIL". I quickly show them this isn't an encrypted method to deliver this sort of info and that I declined to do this. Our charge card was billed and was confirmed. They declined to deliver this purchase. I named them twice, both occasions requesting a boss to come back my phone. They never delivered my calls. The sum total purchase was $69. I can't have confidence in this very day and era of scam they might request this sort of info within the mail. Delivering my drivers permit might show nothing as there's no evidence to my picture identification when I am not there to become confirmed. Florida law claims they can't maintain this sort of info anyways. I sent them twice to describe this-but they quickly ignored my purchase.
