Ripoff, fruadulent billing, kept billing me after I paid them off and submitted proof several times

I made a settlement payoff and paid them off. Since 2002 I have been sent to 2 or 3 more collection agencies to collect what I have paid off over 2 years ago. Now they say I have a balance after 2 years of not having one.
