Reporting false payments on credit report

After overlooking my credit history, I came across some troubling errors. I'd 2 HSBC charge cards which were charged-off in 2007. Profile Recovery Assoc. Were quick to purchase up these obligations and deliver absurd negotiation presents and punctuate these presents with numerous everyday telephone calls that nevertheless proceed.

I realized that P.R.A. Has been reporting obligations of $25 each month since September to Experian and Equifax and that I haven't delivered them a cent. Additionally the total amount, in the place of lowering by $25 every month really increases by $2. There's no information documented for that day the payment was obtained, planned payment amount, day of last exercise, or activity designator, just the "real payment amount" and "current cost" areas record the marvelous $25. I realize why they're fraudulently reporting funds to continuously increase the law of restrictions that we think has terminated, but is not this an immediate breach of the FCRA?

I am assuming my next thing would be to document a challenge using the CSC but does anybody have every other suggestions?
