She will give you a payment that includes your taxes and insurance. She will make it sound like she knows what she is talking about and make you a guarantee of success. Please don't be fooled. If you receive a call from this company, contact your local Attorney General's Office and the one in the state where your caller is from. If you Google NVP Software you will find that you too can own a professional loan modification company fully equipped with the software and a website of your own for only $295.00. Please do not do this even if you think you can help others. There are too many homeless people because they did not deal with a professional, local law firm to modify their loan. If you can sit and look a person in the eye, or if they guarantee they will get your loan modified, keep your money in your pocket. I am not a former disgruntled employee.
