Vanderbilt is a sorry company and someone need to stop them from harassing people they talk to people like they are less than a dog. We got our home in and the cabinets look like I been here for ten years they call when the first of the mont come in and befor. When a payment is sent less then a $100.00 go on the loan. Every year close to 7000.00 dollars for interest I think that is a big rip off. Someone need to stop them and clayton home. They are preying on people because the may have less than good credit and then they turn around and harass them. And a$ 86,000.00 dollar home so they saywill cost us over $214,000.00 dollar in 25 years. Rip off yes on the needed.
