Request to Correct Settled Apex Account on Credit Report

I try to call the customer service by phone to talk someone who could help me regarding the Apex Financial management, LLC. The Apex sent me a letter that stating that I already settle the account with no responsibility and paid in full. It's affecting my loan if the Experian will not correct the report they had. I could fax the letter that I settle the account. I hope we can resolve this matter.
