Correct my Report

I try to call the customer service by phone to talk someone who could help me regarding the Apex Financial management, LLC. The Apex sent me a letter that stating that i already settle the account with no responsibility and paid in full. It's affecting my loan if the Experian will not corrrect the report they had. I could fax the letter that i settle the account. I hope we can resolve this matter.
