Breech of contract from lender on home remodification (in-house) michigan customers left in limbo

Ocwen L.L.C. Loans are taking my family for quite a ride with our loan modification process. Like the person from may 16 typed about Ocwen, my husband and i are going through the same experience. We are on our second try at a modification (in-house) this time and we agreed to the terms which was to extend our loan to 40yrs.instead of 30 yrs. So they would lower our house payment so we can afford it due to lack of work in michigan for my husband while he was receiving unemployment.

We sent in our first official payment of $1009.00.By the due date of sept. 1st, which was a week early. We sent our new agreed upon payment in for $967.97mo. For oct. 1st which was sent back to us stating the agreement was canceled due to not having all my paperwork sent in on time from our agreement. But in fact, it was mailed priority from local post office 2weeks in advanced with-in the time allowed to us with a confirmation of receipt request when our paperwork was delivered to address.

I kept all my confirmation receipts, time logs of telephone calls, names & dates of every action taken, whether phone, fax, or mailings. Ocwen had the nerve to send our october 1st payment back saying they never received our paper work which was looked over and even noterized by our lawyer that is now on the case. Which cost us $1500.00 out of pocket and any futher appointments @ $150.00 per/hr. So i called them again asking why are payment came back for Oct. 2011 and thats how i found out they are breaking our contract without our notice or a good enough reason to why.

I would also, like to know why they kept our sept. 2011 payment, which they said it is in a suspended fund and they're putting us in foreclosure. Well go right ahead you crooked a*holes who dont know who to speak English. I'll personally see your lawyers in court oct. 25 in michigan and my loan will be reinstated and i'm going to sue for distress from this whole year of 2011 and for all the fax, mailing, paper, postal, gas & law fee's that has cost my family and hopefully i'll find an American Mortgage co. Thats local thru our lawyer to take over our mortgage.

Please anyone of the complaintants please call or contact me. I am willing to do what i have to do in court to make sure OCWEN L.L.C Loan Co. Is stopped.Us American people have had enough of your threats and scams. Willing to join in CLASS ACTION SUIT ASAP!!! Tired in michigan I'm not gonna take it, it's my right as an AMERICAN!!!
