DLL Unprofessional, Unbelievably Rude, Down Right Ignorant. Regarding the Manager herself

I worked as a "Contractor" for De Lage Landen in Pennsylvania for 7 months. What a Nightmare!!!

This "Female" Manager needs to go back to Europe and take a class in how to manage people... Seeing she has no skills in this area! Screaming at people in front of others is not exactly a professional manager... Rude! This manager has nothing positive to say to anyone and she loves to prey on the negative... It's all what you didn't do!

I worked long hours for this ignorant manager only to be snubbed at the end of my contract without any notice from a supervisor or this specific manager of the contract being ended on my last day of employment. I was informed of my dismissal after I had left for the day and was told my personal items that were left there would be returned to me by the recruiter in charge.

How Ironic... This Company requires you give two weeks notice when leaving for another job opportunity but if you're a contractor you don't deserve any notice!

I would never want to work for this Company as an employee and as a contractor... I'm glad I'm out of that contracted job!
