Jason Rivchin Promised to purchase a house for my family to rent from his company until our credit was good enough to purchase ourselves.internet

I paid Jason $5000 and a company called Kendall Partners paid him $3970 and in turn his company CACBA was suppose to purchase a home for us and we were to rent it for 12-18 months until our credit was good enough to put it in our name.

We filled out all the paperwork and gave him all the documents that he required in order to do all of this and it all sounded ligitimate. We even showed up to the title company to do the real estate closing, then he came up with the excuse that the finance company Republic Finance our of Michigan wanted to do a complete audit of the accounts before they would close any loans and release the money.

We continued under that impression for another 3 weeks where he kept telling us day after day that it was in the works and should be completed soon. Finally after about three, Kendall Partners who owned the house CACBA was to purchase, withdrew from the deal and we requested to cancel the contract and be issued a refund.

We filled out all the paperwork to get the refund and were told that the refund would be issued as soon as republic financials legal aid reviewed it, then Jason stated that he did receive it back from Republic. Last communication was on December 8th and we still don't have a refund and Jason will not respond to any kind of communication from anyone.

I found out on 1/12 from the real owner of CACBA Hazel Murray that he brought Jason on as a partner but then stoped doing business with him when he stated that he wanted to charge people $8970 for the services. She stated that he is a scam artist and the way he refunds people is by scamming someone else. She also said that she called Michigan where the Republic Financial is suppose to be out of and their is no such bussiness in Michigan so that is also a made up place.

All I want is my money back and I would like for Jason to be shut down so he can't do this to anyone else.
