Rufused to help caused an embarrasing scene the threatens to call police and to close my account

I was the victim of the Credit card scam by Financial Benefits, trying to get my bank to help was a major headache, first I filed a affidavit that the funds were fraudulently obtained from my account I signed all the papers and the next day a representative of the bank ask me to come down and sign another form, well that was just a ruze to have me come down there, well from that point on all hell broke loose, they were humiliating me in front of a large crowd of people saying that they will not help and it was to late to do anything because it had been over 30 days and that I should have done something right away!

Then threatens to close my account and call the police on me! I will pursue legal action against them tomorrow!
