Totally inconvenient a virtual nonsense bank

Its not really a rip off just read the small letters. If you deposit an out of State check using TD Waterhouse (Iand they have no walk in banks) it takes 5 business days to clear plus two or three days to get to TD Waterhouse in New Jersey. Also, while you can get overdraft protection it does not kick in automatically. You have to manually transfer it. If you have a problem, you can only contact a call center located in Canada.in one case, the customer service (ha ha) guy didn't even know the phone number of TD Waterhouse Bank and was reluctant to give me his supervisor's last name. I was promises twice that someone would call me back over the year, but never got a call. For most normal people, in my opinion, this "virtual" bank is virtual nonsense. Also, you can use your ATM card and they do refund you uup to a certain number of transactions per month. However, you have to mail in your deposits (they give you postage prepaid envelopes). Stay away from them in my opinion... Your cash flow will go to hell in a hand basket.
