Beware: Bruce McMilton Rowland! Check with the Cherokee County Magistrate Court in Canton GA before doing anything, anything, with this man. Let the reports of his many many many run in's with the law do the talking. This guy is a great salesman. He will sell you if you let him! He somehow seems to manage to stay out of prison despite all of the illegal activity he is involved in.
