Ben ABC Leasing INC, Don't let the name fool you, it's a one man operation. He sold me credit card processing machines that he had no intention of providing

Back when the economy first took a dive and my job went to India, I started an internet based business selling electronics. I soon started getting junk mail of companies trying to sell me related services. Among these ads was one from ABC leasing.

They promised me software to process credit cards over the internet. Like a fool I signed on the dotted line and faxed it back to him. It was a contract that would take $40.13 from my bank account every month for two years. Great deal I thought for the service I was being provided and the new means I had to provide for my family.

He (Ben) lead me along for a couple of days saying he was getting my software set up. The third day on my impatience he told me that all was set up, all I had to do was call another company "Authorize.net" and they would give me what I paid ABC Leasing for. When I called them I talked to Nancy, who explained to me that I would have to pay them directly for this same service. When I said that ABC Leasing had set up my account with them she told me "Authorize.net" doesn't subcontract out anything to anyone.

Abc leasing is a scam

Needless to say I called Ben (ABC Leasing). His new story was that he opened my account with "Cardservice International". I then called this new company and was told the exact same thing by Erika, She was so nice she even apologized for the run around ABC Leasing put me through. I then called Ben, His new story was that I still owed him the money because he had already given "Cardservice International" the money.

I went to the bank and put a stop payment on him. He had already withdrawn the first months fee. He took me to court "Superior Court of NJ" and because I could not go in person to state my case HE WON! I wrote letters to the judge, but because I had no presentation in NJ he didn't even read my letters. Two lawyers I spoke with in NJ wanted more than I was being sued for.

After all was said and done I paid $3522.57 (court costs, his lawyer included) I almost lost my house. My children didn't have the Christmas they deserved. And I'll spend the next year recovering from this financially. He uses the law to perpetrate his scams, And the law lets him get away with it. I still received no service from this guy. The law didn't care about that little detail.
