Charged me $2,000.00 22 days before they claimed bankruptcy

I spoke with a tax representative on 5/4/05 regarding my tax problem and they charged me $2,000 on a credit card for their services.

They faxed me some information I had to sign and I faxed it back to them-they told me that they would contact the IRS on my behalf.

A week later I tried to contact them and no one returned my calls. I called for two weeks and I found out on 6/8/04 that they went bankrupt on 5/26/04, just 22 days after charging me $2,000.00.
